Here’s a sample of the types of questions to be discussed: What common pitfalls have you seen rising stars in your organization encounter when they began to assume increased leadership responsibilities? How is the role of a chief executive changing in the world today given the turbulent economy?  What new responsibilities will leaders have to take on?
