Each year we present Alumni Achievement Awards to honor the outstanding contributions made by the winners to their profession, community, and Bryant University. We also recognize a current faculty member for his or her professional accomplishments and positive influence on the lives of Bryant students.
In January, the Awards Selection Committee, which comprises members of the National Alumni Council, students, and faculty, review all nominations received during the year. The 2017 awards will be presented at the annual Alumni Achievement Awards on March 24. This year's recipients were:
What's the secret to a successful nomination? Given the competition, being engaged with Bryant in some capacity helps a candidate stand out. While distinguished careers are an important consideration, alumni who have stayed involved with Bryant over the years or who are willing to re-engage with students, faculty, and other alumni in some capacity are more likely to be noteworthy.
